These general (sales) terms and conditions apply to all orders through the online shop www.Tosialand.nl of Tosialand Krabpalen, Romerstrasse 66
47559 Kranenburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Tosialand”), by consumers within the meaning of
article 13 of the civil code.
- Ordering Process
Tosialand offers its customers a wide range for all things cat and cat related. Clicking the place order button will place a legally valid order with Tosiland.
- Closing agreements
The images of the range in the online shop are illustrative and intended to give the customer an idea of the product; they are not binding. The customer makes a binding order by entering into a purchase agreement when they complete the ordering process by clicking on the “Place Order” button. The customer gets
then automatically a confirmation and a receipt of the order via e-mail (order confirmation). This order confirmation is not related to the acceptance of the order. The contract with Tosialand is confirmed only when Tosialand ships the ordered products to the customer and the customer receives an email with
confirmation (shipping confirmation).
- Conclusion of contracts on prepayment
When choosing prepayment a contract is already established when Tosialand sends the payment information. This payment information will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of order placement. The order confirmation also contains our payment information. For advance payment, the amount of the payment information is due and must be paid within 7 days by transferring the amount to a our bank account DE10 3244 0023 0813 8323 00. Here, the date on which the amount is credited to our account is leading. If no payment is observed on said accounts after 7 days, the customer’s order is automatically cancelled.
- Limited quantity
The products offered are sold only in normal household quantities and only to persons who have reached an age where they are competent to enter into a legal transaction. The maximum order value is €1,500.00.
All prices include VAT and other price elements; these prices must be increased by any applicable shipping costs.

Unless otherwise stated in the shipping confirmation, the expected delivery time is 2-6 days. More information on shipping can be found here.
In the event that the products ordered are out of stock, Tosialand may, at its own expense, deliver the order in parts given that this is acceptable to the customer.
In the event that Tosialand is unable to deliver because the ordered products have not been delivered to Tosialand by its own suppliers, Tosialand may withdraw from the contract without fault. In such a case
Tosialand will inform the customer and offer a comparable alternative. If a comparable product should also not be available or if the customer does not wish to order the alternative, Tosialand will refund the amount paid to the customer.
In case of damage during shipment, Tosialand customer service should be contacted. As a result, Tosialand has the option to file a complaint with the delivery person about the damage suffered. If the customer is unable to provide information about the damage incurred during the
transportation, this will have no effect on the customer’s warranty rights.
The goods remain the property of Tosialand until payment is made. For transfer of ownership, pledging, processing or editing without Tosialand’s consent is not permitted.
Private customers (consumers) have the right to cancel within fourteen days. A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with an intent not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. The following regulations apply to cancellation and the

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right, to revoke the agreement within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period of revocation is fourteen days from the day you or another third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tosialand) of your cancellation of the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter or e-mail). You can also request the attached Revocation Form by mail for this purpose.
To maintain the right of withdrawal, it is important that you submit the notice of cancellation before the end of the period. - Effect of revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from the contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method (when possible) that you used in the original transaction
used, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees regarding the refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have proven that you have returned the goods. Depending on which of these two
first takes place. You have returned the goods to us promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is upheld if you
returned the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

The legal warranty applies to the products you purchase from Tosialand. This means that, as a consumer, you have a right to a sound product. The product is or does what you as a consumer can reasonably expect of it. When an additional product warranty applies, we mention it in the description
on the specific product page. - Goods can be paid by iDeal, Bancontact, credit card, Paypal, on account or prepayment.
Tosialand has the right to accept certain payment methods in individual cases or depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer. Payment by cash or check is not possible.
Payment via iDeal
If you choose to pay via iDeal, after placing and confirming your order you will be redirected to a secure internet environment of your own bank. Ald there you can complete the payment. Once this is done,
Tosialand will dispatch your order by return. - Pay afterwards
In case of payment on account, the customer will pay the amount within 14 days after the goods are delivered. This is the date of receipt of payment at Tosialand.
B. Prepayment
With prepayment, the customer transfers the total amount of the order immediately after ordering. An order is reserved for the customer for seven days. After the payment has been received by Tosialand, the order is automatically sent to the customer by return.We also offer the possibility to pay directly via IDEAL, or PayPal

C. Payment by credit card
In the case of payment by credit card, the amount will be charged within one week of the shipment of the
goods (we accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express).

You can also pay on Tosialand using your PayPal account.
E. Bills
Tosialand has the right to send invoices to the customer electronically. Electronic invoices are emailed to the customer in PDF format. The invoiced sales tax does not entitle the customer to deduct input tax.

If the customer enters into a contract with Tosialand and specifies an electronic mail address (e-mail), Tosialand shall have the right to use this electronic mail address (e-mail address) of the customer for direct marketing of its own like products or services, if the customer has not objected at the time of its collection. The customer always and at all times has the right to object to the use of
the electronic mail address (e-mail address) by sending a communication to info@tosialand-krabpalen.nl at no cost beyond the usual transmission charges. - Online dispute resolution for consumers
Should any provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid or inapplicable, the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms of Use shall not be affected. German law applies when European law is not sufficient for the issue.
